Water  - 1.5 litres
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoon
Honey  - 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon stick -1

METHOD :

Step 1: add half cup barley pearls in a pan. Now add 1.5 litres water and cinnamon stick in it and then let it boil.

Step 2 : let the ban be e on simmer for at least 30 minutes.

Step 3 : turn the gas off and let the barley water cool for a while

Step 4 : strain this concoction and add lemon juice and honey in it for flavour your barley water is ready
You can make it in large quantity and store in your
refrigerator
